What we collect

We do not collect personal information when you browse this website. When you visit our website, our webserver will record anonymised data which includes: your operating system, browser software, IP address, URL and the date and time of your visit. If you make a booking we do collect essential information including your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and anything else pertaining to your booking. If you are paying by card, our checkout process uses Stripe as the payment gateway, which securely processes your payment information on their servers – we personally do not store, hold, or have any access to your card or secure payment details. This payment process, via Stripe, is fully PCI compliant and encrypted (check for the padlock symbol in your browser). Stripe’s privacy policy can be found here. If you choose to pay via our payment partner Payl8r they will use and store your data in accordance with their privacy policy here.


The Best Intensive Ltd only uses cookies that we deem are essential to your user experience on our website. We may use “session” cookies, which expire after your session on our website, we may also use “persistent” cookies which are stored on your device and allow us to recognise you when you return to our website. Our shopping basket and checkout stores relevant cookies, most are session based for functionality. Our payment gateway, Stripe, stores relevant cookies to enable your transaction; if you choose to pay with our payment partner Payl8r they will also store relevant cookies (please follow the links to the privacy policies of the payment companies mentioned). We use Facebook Pixel technology and Google Analytics where appropriate, these companies have their own privacy policies available on their websites, which we have linked to in this paragraph.
