Booking Terms and Conditions
The Best Intensive has the right to book and manage your driving test in line with government guidelines under the Book & Manage Driving Tests for your pupils.
Applicants agree to allow The Best Intensive to book you a driving test using the Government Agency internet test booking site the power to book cancel or move your driving test to assist you in obtaining your driving test after your course as soon as possible. This could mean although not guaranteed, a test at short notice. (within 3 days) A short notice test cannot be cancelled without full loss of fee.
In some cases your test maybe booked at very short notice and you may only receive 72 hours notice. Please do not choose the fast track unless you are able to attend a test at short notice.
The Best Intensive will inform the applicant of a test appointment by text message and/or email to the email address and mobile phone number provided. A record will be kept of this. It is the applicant’s responsibility to type their information accurately on the booking form and to check email daily and to make their phone available to accept text messages.
If you are fit and ready for your test, your instructor will meet you 1 hour before your test appointment for a refresher lesson.
The car will be made available for use on the driving test as long as you have made an agreement with your instructors’ availability for the particular test day. At the end of the test the instructor will drive you back to your original pick up point.
The Best Intensive retain the right to refuse the use of the instructor’s vehicle on test if, in the opinion of the instructor the learner poses a risk to the public as an unassisted driver.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you can drive unassisted safely as refusal to use a car on test may result in the loss of your test fee and the refusal of the use of any future The Best Intensive car for test.
The hirer will be responsible for any motoring conviction and/or speeding/parking fine while on the practical driving test.
